I learned that cinnamon lowers blood sugar, however, it may constipate you! I took a teaspoon of no name, probably cassia cinnamon, I purchased from Loblaws and it did for me a bit. I usually only use a couple dashes on oatmeal and never had any problems before. I did forget to take my Omega 3 wild salmon oil, garlic supplements, VitE and VitC yesterday too. I stopped taking D3 with K2 because it stresses me but I am going to take some regular D3 soon. Anyways, I am going to stop taking the cheap crap and try the more expensive and better for you ceylon cinnamon instead. Trial and error, right!
