9 Olanzapine Side Effects You Should Know About and The Reason Why I Switched To 20 mg Of Lurasidone (Latuda)

I was on Olanzapine for about 3 years after I had experienced seizures in 2018.   They started me at 10 mg but then I went down to the lowest dose of 2.5 mg.  It was the worst because I felt like a zombie, was tired all the time, was constipated, felt physically ill since it lowered my white blood cells so messed with my immune system and gained about 20 lbs because it spiked my blood sugar and prolactin levels.  Thank goodness I was working out that entire time so when I went for blood tests everything was normal but that didn't change the fact that I wasn't feeling myself.  No one could tell I gained 20 lbs but I could.  I gained it in all the right places fortunately in my chest and my butt mostly.  Thankfully after switching to the lowest dose of Lurasidone 20 mg I'm back to myself now.  I did notice that I am still a bit tired, I sweat more when I'm hot because hard to regulate my body temperature and it does still have a bit of an effect on my blood sugar too.  I keep cool & drink more water when I'm hot and I watch what I eat which makes all the difference.  I feel less tired too when I don't have as many carbs.  It's a small price to pay to keep me from going mutant mind.  I can't be out of balance like that.  I get way too psychic and it's just too much!

    • Olanzapine (Zyprexa) is an atypical antipsychotic medication that’s FDA-approved to treat bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

    • Some of olanzapine’s most common side effects are drowsiness, constipation, and dry mouth. Weight gain is also a frequent complaint.

    • More serious side effects can also occur. If you notice symptoms like movement problems or abnormal changes in mood or behavior, contact your healthcare provider right away.

Throughout life, it’s important to seek treatment for you or a loved one’s mental health when it’s needed. Many health conditions, life events, and other stressors can all take a toll on our well-being, leading us to seek advice from health experts.

Self-care techniques, support groups, therapy, and other non-medication-based interventions are preferred ways to manage our symptoms when possible. They’re often free — or side effect free — ways to make progress toward our health goals. But in many cases, medication is a necessary way to improve the situation that’s complicating our lives.

When it comes to treating health conditions like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or even chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, olanzapine (Zyprexa) is a common resource. And while it’s a useful medication, it has several risks and side effects to be aware of.  Read more like this

    What is olanzapine?

Olanzapine is a once-daily oral medication that’s FDA-approved to treat bipolar disorder and schizophrenia in people ages 13 and older. It’s a type of atypical antipsychotic that comes in several forms:

    • A traditional tablet (Zyprexa)

    • A fast-acting, as-needed injection (Zyprexa)

    • A tablet that dissolves on your tongue (Zyprexa Zydis)

    • A long-lasting injection that’s dosed every 2 to 4 weeks (Zyprexa Relprevv)

    • A combination pill that contains olanzapine and fluoxetine (Symbyax)

    • A combination pill that contains olanzapine and samidorphan (Lybalvi)

How does olanzapine work for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder?

As mentioned, olanzapine is an atypical antipsychotic, also known as a “second generation” antipsychotic.

The exact way olanzapine works to promote healthy thought and behavior changes isn’t proven. But it’s thought to do so by balancing dopamine and serotonin levels in your brain. Changes in these hormone levels are thought to play a key role in bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

9 side effects of olanzapine (and when to seek help)

Many of olanzapine’s side effects are mild and/or manageable, but others can be more severe. Some are also life-threatening in certain situations, so some people should avoid olanzapine altogether. For instance, older adults with dementia-related psychosis shouldn’t take olanzapine — it can cause severe brain-related side effects and a higher risk of death.

Otherwise, if you or a loved one are new to olanzapine, it’s helpful to know what to expect. This isn’t an exhaustive list, but here are nine key side effects to keep in mind while taking oral olanzapine.

    1. Feeling more or less sleepy than normal

There’s a chance that olanzapine may interfere with your sleep schedule. But the specific way it does so varies for everyone.

Drowsiness (or sleepiness) is one of olanzapine’s most common side effects. This can also have an affect on your mental alertness or judgment. But on the other end of the spectrum, insomnia is another common side effect.

If you feel tired after taking olanzapine, ask your healthcare provider about taking olanzapine around bedtime. And if you think olanzapine is contributing to a late night under the covers, ask them if it’s better to take your daily dose soon after waking up. Drowsiness also appears to be dose-related, so you could ask them if a lower olanzapine dose may be better.

    2. Constipation

Medications like olanzapine have anticholinergic properties, meaning they can have a “drying” effect throughout your body. Constipation is one possible outcome of this.

If you develop constipation from olanzapine, certain dietary changes can help. Try to drink more water or eat foods that are high in fiber, such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. When needed, several over-the-counter medications for constipation are also available to consider.

    3. Dry mouth

Many medications can cause dry mouth, including olanzapine. This is likely due to its anticholinergic nature.

There are many ways you can try to treat dry mouth on your own. Drinking more water or improving salivation by sucking on ice chips, rinsing with cold water, or chewing sugarless gum can all help. But you could also ask your healthcare provider about saliva substitutes or possibly lowering your olanzapine dose, as dry mouth is more likely to happen with higher doses.

    4. Headache or dizziness

Headache and dizziness are also common side effects of olanzapine. If you experience them, they should get better as your body gets used to the medication. But if they don’t go away or get worse at any point, contact your healthcare provider for guidance.

    5. Weight gain (alongside higher cholesterol and blood sugar)

Olanzapine can cause metabolic changes, meaning it can worsen your blood sugar and cholesterol levels. It can also lead to a bigger appetite than normal. These can come together to contribute to weight gain.

This can become problematic, so your healthcare provider will likely monitor your blood sugar while you’re taking olanzapine, especially if you’re living with diabetes. They should also monitor your cholesterol levels and body weight over time.

Lifestyle changes, like diet and exercise, can help combat this. But if these changes become bothersome or severe, talk to your healthcare provider. They may switch you to another medication.

    6. High prolactin levels

In a complex way, olanzapine can raise prolactin levels. It does this by the way it impacts dopamine. Prolactin is a natural hormone that’s found in our bodies, but too much of it can lead to side effects.

Common side effects of too much prolactin include a lower sex drive, menstrual irregularities, and mood changes. Gynecomastia (male breast development), nipple discharge, and fertility problems are also possible.

Olanzapine’s effect on prolactin doesn’t appear to get better the longer you take olanzapine, so let your healthcare provider know if any of these symptoms are affecting you. They could change your medication routine or offer others ways to help manage these symptoms.

    7. Movement problems

Olanzapine can impact your body movements. It most often leads to shakiness or inability to sit still, but more serious risks are also possible.

Although rare, olanzapine may cause tardive dyskinesia (TD). TD can cause uncontrollable muscle movements, mostly of the face and tongue. Neuroleptic malignant syndrome is also possible, and it can be life-threatening. It can cause rigid muscles, fever, and confusion.

If you notice any signs of unusual body movements, let your healthcare provider know as soon as you can. These symptoms can be hard to get rid of — especially if left untreated — so they may tell you to stop taking olanzapine. But if your symptoms feel severe, it’s better to seek medical attention right away.

    8. Behavioral changes

It’s possible to experience changes in mood or behavior while taking olanzapine. Some of this is intended — olanzapine aims to promote positive behavioral changes by the way it works. But some of these changes can be unintentional or negative.

It’s possible to experience new or worsening depression, especially within the first few months of starting olanzapine. Thoughts of suicide have also been reported. If you develop any feelings like these, make sure to contact your healthcare provider right away. You could also call 988 for immediate support.

    9. Serious skin rashes

Although very rare, olanzapine can cause serious skin rashes. It’s been linked to a condition called drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS). This typically starts as a rash, but it can cause fever and swelling throughout your body. If left untreated, DRESS can lead to organ damage and become fatal.

Because of this, if you develop a fever with symptoms like a rash, facial swelling, or swollen lymph nodes, seek medical help right away.

When should I contact my healthcare provider about side effects from olanzapine?

If you notice any serious side effects — such as movement problems, changes in mood or behavior, or substantial weight gain — make sure to contact your healthcare provider. You should also contact them for any other side effects that are bothersome or don’t go away.

However, if your symptoms are accompanied by confusion, a high fever, facial swelling, or anything that feels severe, it’s better to seek medical attention as soon as you can.

    The bottom line

Olanzapine is a prescription medication that treats bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. There are many side effects to keep in mind while taking olanzapine. Common ones are drowsiness, dry mouth, and constipation. But in many cases, there are different approaches to managing side effects. It’s important to let your healthcare provider know about any olanzapine side effects that you experience.

Keeping the "lost" Tribes of Israel hidden in modern times thanks to vague DNA results. Shameful!

So disappointed Ancestry got rid of their breakdowns for Southern Italy for vague definition instead:"Stretching from Italy to Turkey & the Middle East, our Southern Italy & Eastern Mediterranean region has been the historic crossroads of Europe, the Middle East, and Asia." It has seen empires-Greeks,Persians,Romans, Ottomans-come&go over thousands of years. The region has shaped civilizations worldwide through diverse contributions, including aqueducts&roads, seafaring and trade, geometry, medical ethics, architecture, govt, art, philosophy, language&even cuisine.

Thank goodness I already have my break downs&my parents break downs too cause now u have to pay for it. I also uploaded my DNA to an ancient DNA site so I have even more! Actual matches from their samples. I have purchased only 5 levels but might purchase more when I get a job.

Seems ancient Jews were pushed out of Middle East and went to Italy, Spain & Portugal instead. My people in Calabria told to leave or convert by Catholic Church so some stayed&became crypto Jews. Now seems hiding DNA from my ppl too. It's an exclusive club! Strange to keep numbers down on purpose.

The Lost Tribes Of Israel are not really lost if you ask me! They were pushed out and excluded from the club. All of us are different and different sects. Not everyone worships the same. It's not fair to be pushed aside and treated differently cause we aren't as stern in our practices.

Pharisees took over imposed their rules&taxes on us ancient Jews so we left Israel and went to Italy, Portugal and Spain but oh no they couldn't stand that so they used their Roman Catholic Church they created to force some to leave/convert instead of letting us live as Jews of Moses!

I remember that one ancient Jewish people were being observed and they weren't good Jewish enough because they were said to only lite candles to worship. Why is that anyone's business how Jews practice as long as it's positive and not hurting anyone? It's not fair at all!

Pharisees/S.O.Satan fake clowns will do anything to keep all us real Jews apart. I'd be really surprised & impressed if the ancient Jews of the Tribes of Israel were recognized and included again. It's easy to find us! Already did DNA test with ancient DNA search but NOW DNA being purposely hidden!  Satanists are not real anything! They are the most false and low vibe there are!! I know this world is a mess because they control EVERYTHING!!!

Updated Oct 23 2024: My Israeli Origins

To say I'm proud to be part Israeli and Jew is an understatement!  I am so thrilled you can't even imagine.  I understand where my religious roots are now and it makes sense since I write about The Harmonious Order, Civilized Society and Circle Society.

My mother's mom's maiden name was Jewish Italian, Ferraro.  The ancient DNA site I uploaded my DNA to matched my DNA to Tel Megiddo, Israel.  Also, Calabria where both parents are from, is also known for were a lot of Jews used to live and they were even called The Jews Of Calabria!  I read that over 50% of Calabrese have Jewish heritage.

I just wanted to add that I had another ancient dna match in Saifi, Lebanon Israel too.

    Oct 23rd Update:

My ancient DNA breakdown. I was referring to Aramaean but I mistakenly said Armenian. So I am connected to Moses on his father's side. Arameans/Aramaeans,were a tribal Semitic people in the ancient Near East...often referred to as the land of Aram...modern Syria. pic.twitter.com/gZLEn8V1SY

Working Out Lowers Blood Sugar For 24 Hours Because Blood More Sensitive To Insulin & Muscles Take Up Glucose & Use For Energy After Activity

"Physical activity can lower your blood glucose up to 24 hours or more after your workout by making your body more sensitive to insulin. Become familiar with how your blood glucose responds to exercise. Checking your blood glucose level more often before and after exercise can help you see the benefits of activity."

"Insulin sensitivity is increased, so your muscle cells are better able to use any available insulin to take up glucose during and after activity.

When your muscles contract during activity, your cells are able to take up glucose and use it for energy whether insulin is available or not."

Ceylon Cinnamon Does Not Constipate Me

Too Much Better Ceylon Cinnamon Not Good & May Interact With Meds Too!!

My husband bought me some expensive organic Ceylon Cinnamon today but I'm only going to take a teaspoon of it in my decaf coffee after dinner if I have something naughty in order to regulate my blood sugar because if I take it daily it might mess with my meds. The rest of the time I am going to eat keto to keep my blood sugar low.

My sister in law tried it and it really didn't do anything for her. I'm going to try it and see what happens.  I had some tonight because we had a pot luck yesterday and today I had some leftovers.  It was a special celebration for my birthday with my family.  Next year maybe I'll try and make more keto friendly things like vegetable lasagne and keto cake?

Figuring out that 20 mg of Lurasidone still has some effect on my blood sugar is hard.  I've been on it a year and I'm still not completely like I was before.  Anyways, it's a small price to pay for living my life outside of the mental ward.  I actually have an amazing body, it's thin but a bit curvy.  I just wish my boobs were a bit smaller.  I was a B34 and now I'm a B36.  I bet going keto 95% of the time will really bring them down.

    Cinnamon May Constipate You

I learned that cinnamon lowers blood sugar, however, it may constipate you!  I took a teaspoon of no name, probably cassia cinnamon, I purchased from Loblaws and it did for me a bit.  I usually only use a couple dashes on oatmeal and never had any problems before.  I did forget to take my Omega 3 wild salmon oil, garlic supplements, VitE and VitC yesterday too.  I stopped taking D3 with K2 because it stresses me but I am going to take some regular D3 soon.  Anyways, I am going to stop taking the cheap crap and try the more expensive and better for you ceylon cinnamon instead.  Trial and error, right!

I Learned That Studies Showed Cinnamon Lowers Blood Sugar & Trying It With My 20 Mg Of Lurasidone After Meals

Learned that consuming cinnamon every day lowers blood sugar & since I'm on 20 mg of Lurasidone it will help because one of the side effects is that it increases it. Also learned that you shouldn't have more than 1/2 cup of blueberries a day so going to portion control that too.

I'm going to continue not having breakfast, only will have either a protein shake for lunch or boiled eggs with an avocado and a low carb & high protein dinner.  I'm mostly vegetarian and vegan now but will have meat 2x a week.

I will only have chocolate via a protein shake with stevia or stevia chocolate.  Maybe I'll get some cacao pieces too to chew on.  I want to lose this last bit of weight to be better than I was before!  I'm still having green tea every day & now adding 1tsp of cinnamon to it.

After Thanksgiving I'm not going to be buying any high carb food including my some of my favourites like pasta, burritos, ramen, sushi, pizza, chips, regular chocolate bars with sugar etc either until I lose 20 lbs then I will have a treat day once every week or two weeks.

Everyone says I look amazing and can't believe I gained 20 lbs but want to be me again. I was always a size small and size 5 or 7 pant. All my weight went to the right places I do admit but even still. I'm a size American small and size 10 pant so not bad but again it's not me.

Working out helps but it's not enough. As long as I am on Lurasidone I have to watch my carb and sugar intake.  I was lucky before cause didn't really have to as much. This is a learning experience for me so I am grateful to be going through this to make me better and stronger!

Have quick oats sometimes w/blueberries, flax seed ground up walnuts&pure Canadian maple syrup/stevia but won't eat that again until I lose 20 lbs. Apparently steel cut oats are less of a sugar spike so will try that instead with stevia, 1/2 cup of blueberries, walnuts&flax.

I never used to portion control what I ate b4 either but now thanks to Nicole Collet I'm kinda into it. I'd eat like 2 or 3 bowls of blueberries per day but now it will only be 1/2 cup! I'm Southern Italian so food is a big deal & we are big eaters. I've evolved but need to more!

"Cinnamon may help support blood sugar management by increasing insulin sensitivity, decreasing blood sugar levels after eating, and reducing the risk of diabetes-related complications.

Diabetes impairs your body’s ability to regulate its blood sugar, and this can lead to long-term complications like heart disease, kidney disease, and nerve damage.

Treatment often includes medications and insulin injections, but many people are also interested in foods that can help lower blood sugar. One example is cinnamon, a commonly used spice that’s added to sweet and savory dishes around the world.

It provides many health benefits, including the ability to help lower blood sugarTrusted Source, which can be useful in managing diabetes. There are a few different varieties of cinnamon you’ll find in grocery stores, but they’re usually categorized into two different types:

    • Ceylon: Also called true cinnamon, this is the most expensive type of cinnamon.
    • Cassia: This type is less expensive and found in most food products that contain cinnamon.

This article tells you everything you need to know about cinnamon and its effects on blood sugar management and diabetes.

It contains antioxidants that provide many health benefits

A quick glance at cinnamon’s nutrition factsTrusted Source may not lead you to believe that it’s often considered a “superfood.” However, while a single teaspoon doesn’t contain a lot of vitamins and minerals, many recipes call for more than that.

In higher quantities, it provides a decent dose of antioxidants. These contribute to many of cinnamon’s health benefitsTrusted Source.

Antioxidants are important because they help the body reduce oxidative stressTrusted Source, a type of damage to cells that is caused by harmful free radicals. This is significant because oxidative stress has been linked toTrusted Source the development of nearly every chronic disease, including type 2 diabetes.

It can imitate insulin and increase insulin sensitivity

In people with diabetes, either their pancreas cannot produce enough insulin or cells do not respond to insulin properly, leading to high blood sugar levels.

Cinnamon may help lower blood sugarTrusted Source by imitating the effects of insulin, helping to move sugar from the bloodstream and into your cells. It can also increase your insulin sensitivity, making insulin more efficient at moving sugar into cells.

One studyTrusted Source of 80 people with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) found that taking 1.5 grams (g) of cinnamon powder daily for 12 weeks significantly reduced fasting insulin levels and improved insulin sensitivity compared with a placebo.

It lowers fasting blood sugar and may decrease hemoglobin A1c

Several studies suggest that cinnamon may help improve blood sugar management.

For example, a 2019 systematic reviewTrusted Source of studies on people with type 2 diabetes and prediabetes concluded that cinnamon could significantly reduce fasting blood sugar levels and insulin resistance compared with a placebo.

Some studies have also found that it could also lower hemoglobin A1c, a measure of long-term blood sugar control.

A 2018 review reported that cinnamon could reduce hemoglobin A1c in people with type 2 diabetes by 0.27% to 0.83%Trusted Source. It also reduced fasting blood sugar levels by up to 52.2 mg per deciliter.

However, researchers also noted that more studies are needed to understand its effects.

Cinnamon should not be used in place of medications or diet and lifestyle changes to manage blood sugar levels.

It lowers blood sugar after meals

Postprandial blood sugar refers to your blood sugar level after eating. Blood sugar levels can increaseTrusted Source quite a bit after you eat depending on the size of the meal and how many carbs it contains.

These blood sugar shifts can increase levels of oxidative stress and inflammation, which can damage your body’s cells and contribute to chronic disease.

Cinnamon can help keep these blood sugar spikes after meals in check. Some research suggests that it does this by slowing down the rate at which food empties out of your stomach.

Other studiesTrusted Source suggest that it may lower blood sugar following meals by blocking digestive enzymes that break down carbs.

It may lower the risk of common diabetes complications

In addition to supporting blood sugar management, cinnamon may also lower the risk of certain complications such as heart disease and stroke.

A 2020 meta-analysisTrusted Source found that supplementing with at least 2 g of cinnamon per day could significantly lower both systolic and diastolic blood pressure over 8 weeks.

Diabetes has also been increasingly linkedTrusted Source to the development of Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia, with some people now referring to Alzheimer’s disease as type 3 diabetes. However, the classification of type 3 diabetes is highly controversial, and the medical community does not widely accept it.

Ceylon vs. Cassia: Which is better?

Cinnamon is typically grouped into two different types: Ceylon and Cassia.

Cassia cinnamon can be derived from a few different species of Cinnamomum trees. It’s generally inexpensive and is found in most food products and the spice aisle of the grocery store.

On the other hand, Ceylon is specifically derived from the Cinnamomum verum tree. It’s typically more expensiveTrusted Source and less widely available, but studies have shown that it contains more antioxidants.

Because of this, it’s possible that Ceylon cinnamon may offer more health benefits.

Although several animal and test-tube studies have highlighted the benefits of Ceylon cinnamon, most studies demonstrating the health benefits of cinnamon in humans have used the Cassia variety.

    Who should avoid cinnamon?

Cassia cinnamon is not only lower in antioxidants but also high in a potentially harmful substance called coumarin, an organic substance found in many plants.

Several studies in rats have shown coumarin can be toxicTrusted Source to the liver in large doses, leading to concern that it may cause liver damage in humans as well.

Accordingly, the European Food Safety Authority has set the tolerable daily intakeTrusted Source for coumarin at 0.045 mg per pound (lb.), or 0.1 mg per kilogram (kg). Using average coumarin levels for Cassia, this would be equivalent to about half a teaspoon (2.5 g) of cinnamon per day for a 165-pound person.

Cassia cinnamon is particularly high in coumarin, and you can easily consume more than the upper limit by taking Cassia cinnamon supplements or even eating large amounts of it in foods.

However, Ceylon cinnamon contains much lower amounts of coumarin, and it would be difficult to consume more than the recommended amount of coumarin with this type.

Keep in mind that there’s limited information on the long-term safety of cinnamon supplements for children and people who are pregnant or nursing. Additionally, people with diabetes who take medications or insulin should talk with a doctor before adding cinnamon to their daily routine.

    How much should you take?

Cinnamon’s benefits for lowering blood sugar are well-researched. Despite this, there isn’t a consensus on how much you should consume to reap the potential benefits while avoiding potential risks.

Most research has studied the effects of 1 to 6 gTrusted Source per day.

However, keep in mind that the coumarin content of Cassia cinnamon can vary. That’s why it may be best to stick to lower doses of around 0.5 to 1 g of Cassia cinnamon per day to avoid surpassing the tolerable daily intake of coumarin.

On the other hand, Ceylon cinnamon contains significantly less coumarin and can be consumed safely in higher doses.

Be sure to speak with a doctor before adding cinnamon supplements to your routine. To avoid adverse health effects, you may want to start with a lower dose and work your way up.

    The bottom line

Many studies have suggested that cinnamon can lower blood sugar and help manage common diabetes complications, among other health benefits.

If you want to take a cinnamon supplement or add it to your meals to help lower your blood sugar, it may be best to use Ceylon instead of Cassia. Despite its higher price point, it contains more antioxidants and less potentially harmful coumarin.

It’s a good idea to speak with your doctor before adding significant doses of cinnamon to your diet. And if you have diabetes or prediabetes, you shouldn’t use it as a replacement for your medication.

When I Eat Carbs I Get Sleepy After And A Bit Thirsty Too On 20 mg of Lurasidone

My birthday was this past weekend and I had more carbs than usual over the course of a few days.  I felt tired so I had to nap and I was a bit thirsty too.  It finally dawned on me that Lurasidone does have an effect on my blood sugar so I have to watch it when it comes to my carb and sugar intake from now on as long as I'm on it.  It's the best antipsychotic on the market for me right now and I don't feel comfortable stopping my meds or I risk going Mutant Mind.  After taking Olanzapine for about 3 years Lurasidone is a lot better!  I am more like myself too and not a zombie.  I have normal emotions but I don't overthink and get way too psychic. It's not a good feeling, it's too much all at once.  I can't be like that and that's why I went to get help in 2018.  Too bad the creeps there took advantage and didn't really help me like they should have!  I made a formal complaint so that shouldn't happen again to anyone else!  I am not crazy and I'm certainly not stupid even though I was going through a lot after my seizures be it natural or manmade.  I highly doubt it was a natural thing either!  Nothing like that ever happened to me before!  It's like Satan attacked me or someone acting on behalf of Satan?  I don't have proof but it seemed so strange, too strange!  Saint Paul was hit with a seizure too before he went to convert people to become Roman Catholic.

1/Our most important finding is that antipsychotics block the ability of the brain to sense sugar and respond by adjusting glucose metabolism in the rest of the body. This may be one mechanism through which antipsychotics cause high blood sugar and diabetes.

2/Excessive thirst,hunger,fatigue,&/or an urge to urinate larger amounts than usual. Got super tired after a meal when I have carbs or sugar on 20mg of Lurasidone. Don't have that often but noticed that after my birthday&eating more carbs & sugar I was super tired & had to nap.

3/Ziprasidone and lurasidone were associated with fewer glucose-related side effects than any of the other antipsychotics Biomed Centralhttps://t.co/izDt9HAPIh › articles

4/Even though Lurasidone has less of an effect it still has an effect. Have to watch what I eat majority of the time now&good I found this out. @ least it's the best antipsychotic 4 me right now cause doesn't constipate either. Maybe they will make something better soon, I pray!
