100 Mg of B6 Is Really Helping Me Because I Take 20 Mg Of Lurasidone Daily

I've been taking 100 mg of B6 with my 20 mg of Lurasidone to lower my prolactin levels and I don't feel mutant mind at all! I actually feel more myself again. I'm writing more and I am enjoying more of my interests and hobbies. There's a 250 mg of B6 but I don't want to push it!  I'm going to tell my shrink at our next appointment and let her know.  Maybe she can recommend it to her other patients.  I also take 400 IU of vitamin E that is also good with balancing hormones and improving your immunity too.  I also am chewing 2 cloves a day because my sister recommended I take cloves like her.  I researched it and found out that it not only improves your immunity and supposedly fights cancer but it regulates your blood sugar levels too.  If you know anything about taking anti psychotics you will be aware that it messes with your body's ability to regulation blood sugar.  Lurasidone/Latuda isn't as bad I read but still I am monitoring my blood sugar levels and eating healthier anyways.

All The Answers Are Already Inside Us! I Use Media, Tarot & Twitter X To Try And Help Me Get It Out.

 

We are energy and energy is intelligent!  We already have everything within us because we all are connected to the universe and each other. Smoking, drinking, doing drugs, hate, jealousy and other negative things can block that and not even tarot can help to get that sacred knowledge out!  Remember we are all psychic.  I focus, relax, go within and connect upwards when I channel.  Or I use Tarot, media or go on Twitter X to try and seek the answers that the universe has hidden within us.

Did Another DNA Test And Found More Egyptian. Also found Northern Italian and Georgian too!

I still have Southern Italian, Greek (Greece, Cyprus&Aegean Islands), Egyptian and Israeli dna but they found more!  Over 3% Northern Italian and over 4% Georgia!  My Egyptian dna increased to over 7% too.  

Ancestry didn't find all that!  It's just a saliva test so maybe it's not as accurate I believe.  I am disappointed with Ancestry.  I even complained and they were useless but tried to up sell me.  I told them I'm not happy with you so I'm not going to spend a penny more with your company!  Anyways, thanks to them I got my paternal breakdown so I was able to see who was who.  Remember, it's my mother that has the Jewish roots and my father that has the Egyptian.     

I had to do a little research on Georgia and it is connected to my Jewish Israeli dna!  I have ancient Jewish roots!  I even did another search and I had ancient dna from Israel, Rome, Greece, Aegean Islands and more!  

I'm so interested in my dna because it really explains a lot about me.  I'm so very rare and unique.  I'm not better just different. I think the modern world needed me.

    UPDATE January 15, 2025 - Vitamin B1 Regulates Blood Sugar So I'm Testing To See If It Helps Me Counter My Antipsychotic 20 mg Of Lurasidone

    Update. I started taking Jameisons B1 100mg for about 5 days and I started to feel more active and less tired. I also had a harder time falling asleep. I personally didn't like it so I stopped taking it.

    I did some digging to see what else I can do to try and regulate my blood sugar and I learned that B1 actually does!  I started it last night and hope that this will help.  I am also eating low glycemic the majority of the time.  I also ordered a blood glucose monitor and will start documenting my blood sugar levels at certain times of the day to see how 20 mg of Lurasidone is effecting me.  Now it's way better than Olanzapine and I will never go back on it to prove it.  I lost weight and inches being on Lurasidone after switching from 2.5 mg of Olanzapine which had so many nasty side effects including serious constipation and such a mind numbing effect!  I remember shortly after taking 20 mg of Lurasidone I felt so happy!  I felt normal emotions again.  I checked online and it said that it can make you moody but I think that being human is actually normal!
